Ingredients
  

  • 2 Slices Wholemeal Bread turned to crumbs
  • 2 Fresh Tomatoes
  • 1.5 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Onions
  • 2 tsp Sundried Tomatoes
  • 30 g Kunserva tomato paste
  • 1 Squeeze of Lemon Juice
  • 50 g Soy-Based Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Harissa
  • 1 tsp Parsley
  • ½ tbsp Mint
  • ½ tbsp Basil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Toast bread and make into breadcrumbs.
  • Process all ingredients in a food processor until a thick and creamy dip is achieved.
  • Serve with your favorite veggies, crackers or Maltese galletti.
