- 2 Slices Wholemeal Bread turned to crumbs
- 2 Fresh Tomatoes
- 1.5 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Garlic
- 1 tbsp Chopped Onions
- 2 tsp Sundried Tomatoes
- 30 g Kunserva tomato paste
- 1 Squeeze of Lemon Juice
- 50 g Soy-Based Greek Yogurt
- 1 tsp Harissa
- 1 tsp Parsley
- ½ tbsp Mint
- ½ tbsp Basil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Toast bread and make into breadcrumbs.
Process all ingredients in a food processor until a thick and creamy dip is achieved.
Serve with your favorite veggies, crackers or Maltese galletti.
